The Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a serene environment. Line Cook must adhere to total food quality standards to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Other responsibilities include: portion control, food waste and sanitation standards according to the Board of Health and other food safety governance. Occasionally, the Line Cook will be required to prepare food for larger events. Must have at least 1 year experience and be ServSafe certified.
