The golf course winds throughout South Mountain in Wernersville — a true hidden gem in Pennsylvania.

A hidden gem, with rich tradition – and the first island green in the USA.
A great golf experience awaits you at Galen Hall Golf Club

Galen Hall Golf Club is a public course that thinks it’s a private club!

The public is invited to play Galen Hall, and we do offer memberships to our 18-hole golf course. But a secluded, off-the-beaten-path layout like this, with our pedigree and you naturally assume this is a private club. We’re that good – without the snobbery!

The course is in very good condition, approaching local country-club condition.

Chad Oxenreider leads our crew that brings you a well-maintained course that’s a pleasure to play seven days a week. Visit our golf course page to see our course, book tee times, and link to Chad’s blog.

We’re a nice blend of older golfers and those just taking up the game. We do offer memberships but our average golfer is a non-member looking for a course offering a country club-caliber course.

Assistant Golf Director Bob Brennan and the golf shop team can set you up with tee times, golf outings, tournaments and leagues. They say fun is what you make it; we make your fun our top priority!

Come to Galen Hall for Special Entertainment.

We host live music, history shows and cooking classes. And if we’re not offering some activity you and your friends like, let’s talk! Click on special events page for more information.

We’re a little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip!

Talk about a great locale for a “getaway” golf outing or afternoon out of the office! We’re sort of in a “triangle” between Harrisburg, Allentown, and Philadelphia. And Reading is only 10 miles away.
