GOLF EVENT RESULTS

It was a hot & muggy two days for the Seniors of Galen Hall as they vied for the Senior Division & Super Senior Division of the Club Championship.

One Member managed a two day round of subpar golf carding a 1 under two day total of 141, Congratulations to Jeff Sauder as he captured the Senior Club Championship title. Jeff managed to make this win a repeat of his Senior Title victories of 2016, 2019 & 2020. Congratulations Jeff!

The Super Senior title was captured by a new comer Rob Peck with a two day total of 157 beating his nearest competitor, Brian Strouse by 4 strokes.

The weather did not cooperate during the weekend resulting in the cancellation of Round 1 and the playing of Round 2 on Sunday in Cold & Wet conditions which surprisingly resulted in better scores than Monday. Round 3 on Monday had great weather and treated the players and fans to some exciting surprises and a 3 hole playoff to determine the overall winning team.

Mitchell Gallo carded a hole in one on # 10 striking a perfect 9 iron to the 155 yard pin position, his second hole in one. Congratulations!

The overall winning Team required a three hole play off with Brian Golembiewski draining a 30+ foot putt to seal the tournament for the team of Brain Golembiewski & Matt Dolinsky over Andrew Morris & Michael Fioravante.
