Every Wednesday Night at Galen Hall. Enjoy an Excellent Selection of Delicacies from the Sea prepared by Chef Dennis.

This week’s selections include:

8 oz Lobster Tail
Steamed or Broiled
Add crab imperial

Pounder Pasta
A full pound of Prince Edward Island mussels and a full pound of little neck clams pan steamed in a wine garlic butter with herbs, presented over pasta, then finally finished with parmesan cheeses

Shrimp Sauté
Gulf shrimp sautéed with onions, peppers and mushrooms
then deglazed with chardonnay wine finally served over crab fried wild rice

Chatham Haddock
Fillet of Atlantic haddock baked with lobster meat and a blend of cheeses,
then topped with toasted bread crumbs

Lobster & Shrimp Scampi
8 oz lobster tail paired with sautéed shrimp, then finished with our scampi sauce

Add a dozen clams to above menu for entrees only 6

All include choice of two sides.
